BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- To validate and confirm your reservation, we require the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay.

Rules of the remaining 70% upon arrival of your stay.

- The rules can be done with: MBWay, bank transfer, cash on the spot .
- The price includes: bath towels, bed linen (beds made on arrival), kitchen towels, water, electricity, gas.

- The price does not include: meals, drinks, cleaning (which is to be done by the customer,
cleaning fee €25 ) and cancellation insurance.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIME:
- Arrival: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Departure: Until 11am.
CANCELATION :
- The deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel within 10 days (low season) / 20 days (high season) before your arrival.

- Cot and high chair available, free of charge, on request.
- Dogs are allowed.
- Cleaning service: 25€ .
- Canoe and kayak available + life jackets. (free)

- Equipped kitchen: refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, gas kettle, toaster, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, various spices. And everything you need to cook and put the cover.

- You will also find books, board games , radio, hanger, towels, sheets , gas barbecue and utensil.

-Ecological trailer:
There is no air conditioning, dishwasher, television.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance . We are not responsible for accidents and cannot be held liable for damage to, loss or theft of your property. You are responsible for the trailer , the green spaces and the supervision of your children in the river.
