The price includes: bath towels, bed linen
(beds made upon arrival), kitchen towels, water, electricity, gas.
The price does not include: Meals, drinks, cancellation insurance and cleaning, which is the responsibility of the client.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- In order to validate and confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay.
- The remaining 70% must be paid upon your arrival.
Payments can be made via: MBWay, Bank Transfer, Cash.
Cancellation:
- The deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel within 20 days (low season) / 30 days (high season) before your arrival.
Caution:
A €100 cash deposit will be required upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure.
Any cleaning not completed will be deducted from the deposit.
USEFUL INFORMATION:
- Equipped kitchen: combined refrigerator, delta espresso coffee machine,kettle, toaster, microwave, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, various spices. And all thenecessary for cooking and putting the cover.
- You will also find Books, gamescompanies, radio, clothes hanger, towels, sheets,dried hair,stove with wood, barbecue and utensil.

dishwasher, washing machine and television
electric car charging is strictly prohibited (solar panels)
- equipped with a washing machine
- Cot and high chair available, free of charge, on request.
- Dogs are allowed (free).
-Cleaning service: 45€.
- Canoe and kayak available + life jackets. (free)
We recommend that you take out travel insurance . We are not responsible for accidents and cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your property. You are responsible for the guest house , green spaces and the river.
